A PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

Sundance Professional Building is a 1.25-acre commercial building project located in Loveland, Colorado. The project consists of a 2-story medical office building. The FronTerra Group worked with the project architect, civil engineer,  and client to produce a site design that maximizes floor area while providing for the site needs for patient care. The project has completed construction and the project team worked with CSU representatives to achieve LEED Gold Certification for Green Built Projects.
